About Me

Who are you? I'm just someone who loves fighting games. I've been playing fighting games since I was around four years old. I don't win tournaments. I'm not famous in the community. I'm definitely not an expert in any game. I'm definitely not an OG because I was born after Street Fighter II came out. I've thought about making this website for a while but never had the time. The coronavirus pandemic forced me to stay at home and I decided to spend my extra time on something productive. This website is my pandemic project.

Is this your job? It's not, I wish it was! Do you want to hire me? I work a regular 40-50 hour a week job and only really get to work on the website on the weekends. If I'm late with an update it's because I'm busy working my real job. This is something I started because I had nothing to do during the pandemic.

Why do you use such generic and redundant language? I try to assume everyone reading the guide is new to the genre. I avoid slang that can be confusing. I also know that people will translate this website into their own language and I want the translation to be comprehensible. In real life I say "normals" instead of "normal attacks" and "stunned" instead of "dizzied".

This is incorrect. This could be better. This needs improvement. Feel free to send any and all criticism you have about the website. Send me any feedback, no matter how big or small it is. I want feedback!

Will you be adding more games? Yes! If a game has a community, is played at real tournaments, can be played online, and isn't a horribly broken unbalanced mess I will consider adding it to the website.

How can I support? If you'd like to support the website you can donate to my Paypal or Ko-fi. I never expect donations and I am incredibly grateful for every single one.

If you'd like to support the community I recommend helping a wiki like Mizuumi wiki, SuperCombo wiki, Dustloop wiki, or Dream Cancel wiki. It costs a bit of money to host those websites and they would love donations too. Please help take information off of Discord and Twitter and put it onto wikis that are open source and run by the community. It's very difficult to search for information via Discord.
